Body as Love and the Art of Conscious Touch
Friday through Monday: 9am – 6pm
This course presents Biodynamic Cranial Touch (BCT) as described by Charles Ridley in his book Stillness. It is an embodied approach emphasizing practitioner presence and how the different manifestations of the Breath of Life (BOL: cranial wave, fluid tide, long tide, and dynamic stillness) correspond with dimensions of consciousness.
Instructor Giorgia Milne brings a rare quality of presence that is heart felt, spirit filled and deeply intelligent. Her training and experience bridge allopathic and energy medicines, providing a rich resource for learning. Her openness, sensitivity and integrity create an atmosphere of respect, trust and safety where healing can happen.

Sitting is a daily practice.
How many hours a day do you spend sitting - on chairs or couch, in a car or public transportation, on a meditation pillow? When sitting, are you aligned, comfortable, refreshed and energized?
In this workshop, we will explore basic principles that support a dynamic and careful posture in the act of sitting. They are applicable to sitting in all areas of your life with an emphasis on sitting as a meditation practice. Specific questions are welcomed.
Open to everyone.
Taught by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, the developer of Body-Mind Centering® and the founder and Educational Director of the School.
