Kundalini Meditation & Shakti Transmission:
A Path of Transformation and Liberation

TS2Kundalini Sadhana is an ancient nondual spiritual practice that allows each individual to deeply experience their own direct, inner connection to the Divine. It focuses on awakening the powerful transformative force called “kundalini”—a divine energy that is always present, already within every human being. When it rises and flows through us, kundalini can wash away our deepest tensions, expand the flow of creative energy in us, and eliminate our misunderstandings about our true nature.

As we learn to stay attuned to this vital force, we experience a profound growth that leads to the maturing of love and spiritual fulfillment. The essence of this practice is about finding that sacred space within where the individual heart is merged into the heart of the Divine. The awakening and experience that occurs in that sacred space reveals our total unity with Divinity.

Shaktipat means “the descent of grace.” Traditionally, Shatki transmission is understood to be the highest form of spiritual initiation, providing students with immediate access to the divine energy that dwells within them. Shakti transmission is a vitally important presence in the awakening of the kundalini.

Trika is one of the major schools of non-dualist Shaivism. Trika refers to the triad of Consciousness, Energy, and the Individual—three expressions of an undifferentiated Unity. This tradition was recognized as the highest form of Shaivism by the non-dualist teachers who taught in Kashmir, beginning in the middle of the ninth century.

Guruyoga rudramandirTrikaShala, which means “Trika School,” offers an in-depth, experiential approach to the teachings and practices of Kundalini Sadhana.

“It is not enough if we leave darkness. We must always live in the light. If we have a light on a dark path, we have no fear. There is fear in walking in darkness.”
