



Bette Timm has been a practicing Vedic astrologer for over 17 years, and dedicated to the study of various Vedic traditions for over 30 years. Mentored by Hart deFouw, she organized Mr. deFouw’s astrology courses in the Bay for many years and is a board member of the Vedic Vidya Institute. Ms. Timm has written numerous articles on Jyotisha, Yoga, Ayurveda and other spiritual, philosophical and metaphysical subjects. Her teachings are lively and insightful, always incorporating the deep wisdom of the Vedas.

Bret Lyon combines Reichian Breathwork with Somatic Experiencing, Focusing, Buddhist Philosophy, Body Awareness and Attachment Training. He has been helping people reduce stress and anxiety and expand energy and aliveness for over 25 years. He also runs training programs for psychotherapists and body workers. Bret holds doctorates in both Psychology and Drama.

Carol Kress is a Feldenkrais® practitioner who has maintained a long and varied private practice. Her work is informed by her long-time involvement in equestrian arts, thorough study of yoga and dedicated practice of the martial art of Aikido.
Awareness Through Movement® classes with Carol Kress are offered at the Feldenkrais Resources Center. Tuition is $8 per class. Drop-ins welcome.

Douw is a certified Rolfer, trained at the Rolf Institute in Boulder Colorado in 1997. He has had hundreds of hours of continuing education in Rolfing subjects, as well as courses in visceral manipulation. Doug has also been involved in a craniosacral certification program with Hugh Milne since 2003.

Elaine Yoder is a certified Feldenkrais® practitioner (learning through movement) and a Hendrickson Method® practitioner (orthopedic massage). She is a 5th degree black belt in Aikido, and has taught Aikido for over 20 years. She is also a co-founder of the Low Fee Feldenkrais Clinic.

Geoff is an integrator of eastern and western paths for healing and self-care. He offers sessions in the Alexander Technique for restoring conscious, healthy movement patterns, Chi Nei Tsang for digestive and internal organ care, and Thai Massage for a full body revival.
Geoff has studied and practiced in Burma, Thailand, Nepal and India and completed over 2000 hours of training in the US. In 2009, he practiced and led workshops at the healing centers in Auroville, India.
Geoff’s classes are lively and creative, integrating somatic awareness practices, chi gong, meditation, ecology and poetry.

Giorgia expresses over 20 years experience in health care, consciousness practices and craniosacral work. She is a practitioner and teacher of biodynamic and Visionary Craniosacral Work models, student of the Diamond Approach for over 12 years and now in the DA Seminary. Honoring the forces that create, maintain and heal.

Heather’s style of work embodies several techniques that she has integrated over the past eight years, encompassing yoga, nutrition, acupuncture, energy work & vibrational medicine, chinese herbology, & tui-na. This work provides relief for a range of conditions including PMS and gynecological complaints, digestive disorders, pain conditions, headaches, and auto-immune diseases.

Hugh is a third-generation Scottish osteopath. He graduated from the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy in 1971. He offers sessions, and teaches classes in Visionary Craniosacral Work.

Jason lived in South-East Asia for 10 years studying Buddhism and Traditional Thai Massage. His work is derived from extensive Vipassana Meditation Retreats and from learning in an apprenticeship style with 6 Thai Masters including Pichest Boonthamme, Ong Dam (Poo Manalat), Mama Nid, and Chaiyuth. A Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Jason leads workshops in Thailand, Japan, and the U.S.

Kay Ellyard began taking Awareness Through Movement classes in the early 1970’s from the dancer Chloe Scott – one of the first practitioners trained by Moshe Feldenkrais in the USA. Kay experienced the teaching of Moshe Feldenkrais directly during a workshop in the mid 1970’s. She began teaching movement exploration in the early 1980’s and graduated from the Feldenkrais Practitioner Training taught by David Zemat-Bersin and Elizabeth Beringer in 2000. Kay is a co-founder of the Low Fee Feldenkrais Clinic.

Naraya has over 25 years experience as a holistic educator, life coach, and body-centered therapist. She has worked as an organizational consultant and coaching group facilitator.
In addition, Naraya worked for 10 years as a massage therapist at Ten Thousand Waves Spa in Santa Fe, NM and 10 years as a manager and yoga teacher at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA.

Noreen Greenblatt has been practicing integrative, therapeutic massage since 1997. Trained at the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA, she has worked in both clinical and rehabilitative settings in the Bay Area. She went on to teach anatomy and physiology at Health Choices Massage School in New Jersey. In private practice for the past eight years, she is now augmenting her healing practice through the study of Visionary Cranio-Sacral Work with the Milne Institute. She holds a B.A. in French from U.C. Berkeley.

Sonia Foscoli is an experienced BioDynamic Cranial Touch practitioner, Certified Massage Therapist & Aston-Patterner®, and a Hatha Yoga instructor. Her background includes training and experience in Therapeutic Massage, Energy Balancing, and Cranial Sacral Therapy.
