Anuttara Trika Kula - The Teachings of the Tantraloka
Sacred Space Yoga Sanctuary is proud to announce that beginning in August of 2012 we will be hosting Mark Dyczkowski as he delivers a series of immersions into the teachings and practices of the Tantraloka.
The Tantraloka was written by Abhinavagupta in the 11th century and is considered to be the seminal exposition in Tantric Shaivism. It is one of the last great classics in Sanskrit that has not been fully and authoritatively translated into English — until now.
Mark is one of the few people on the planet who truly understands the extraordinary teaching of the Tantraloka from both a scholarly and pratictioner perspective. I am profoundly grateful to learn from him.

Mark Dyczkowski has spent the past 30 years in total devotion to the task of completing the translation of and commentary on the Tantraloka. Mark is one of the world’s leading authorities on Tantric Shaivism. We are honored to have him share his profound wisdom on the ancient practices of Anuttara Trika.
