Awaken the Untapped Mind

Learn how to get out of the part of the mind that holds you back and into the part that creates transformation. Attention Dynamics® complements traditional mediation techniques, providing a clear, elegant way of understanding the mind in terms of everyday experience. Easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions move you directly to a deeper, meditative state.

Taught by Glenn Hartelius, Ph.D.
and Michaela Aizer, CCHT

Navigating untapped parts of your mind, you will learn how to:

  • Quiet and focus your mind at will
  • Experience energy fields as subtle tissues of the mind and soul
  • Establish a new relationship with your personal boundaries as energetic structures
  • Find your way to deep, empathic rapport with others
  • Re-integrate yourself from long-held stress and trauma

GOALS OF COURSE

  • ENTER YOUR BODY: Feel exactly what it means for the “you” to get into your body.
  • QUIET YOUR MIND: Learn the solidly repeatable subtle energy skills you need to quiet and focus your mind at will and gain access to your creative passion.
  • FEEL YOUR BOUNDARIES: Discover the tangible sensations of boundaries that allow you to connect with others without merging, caretaking, or holding barriers.
  • HOLD EMPATHIC RAPPORT: Find the specific skills that allow you to invite others into safe, compassionate connection.

AWAKEN YOUR UNTAPPED MIND is a prerequisite for the Attention Dynamics certification program, where you will work with chakras and energy fields as palpable, almost material, tissues of the mind and soul. Perceive emotional issues as energetic forms, and master healing techniques that resolve energetic/emotional wounds - not just at the level of story, but at the level of structure.
